Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Every new workspace gets 14 days of Pro with no card. Pick a plan any time before it ends; nothing is charged until you do.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your data stays and you can still read and export it. Tracking new time pauses until a plan is chosen.
- Can I switch or cancel?
- Any time, from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancelling keeps access until the end of what you paid for. Switching is prorated by Stripe.
- Who is charged?
- The workspace, once. Pro covers up to 5 members, the owner included, and none of them pay separately. For a larger team, email tyler@paralleltpa.com.
- What does locked for life mean?
- The price you subscribe at never changes while your subscription stays active, whatever the price is for new workspaces later. If you cancel and come back, the then-current price applies.
- Do you take a cut of my invoices?
- No. Kairos builds the invoice; if you connect your own Stripe account, Stripe’s normal fees apply to what your clients pay you, and none of it goes to us.
- Do I need the iPhone app?
- No. Basic is the web app only. Pro adds the app and up to 5 members.
