Toggl Track prices checked October 19, 2026, per user per month on annual billing, from public pricing pages and comparison guides. They are rounded and they change; Toggl Track’s own site has the current figures.

The difference, in plain terms

If you track time for your own curiosity, or to fill in a timesheet somewhere else, Toggl Track’s free plan may be all you need, and it is a pleasure to use. Its reports are good, its budgets warn you at 80%, and the timer is quick from the desktop, the phone and the browser.

Kairos exists for the person who tracks time in order to bill it. Every entry is priced at the project’s rate the moment it is tracked, so the invoice is already written by the time you want it: tick the unbilled entries, build it, and send the client a PDF and a page to pay from. There is no export step and no second tool. Internal time can be marked not billable, and it stays off the invoice.

On price, the comparison is between Toggl’s paid plans and Kairos’s. Basic is $0.99 a month for one person on the web. Pro is $1.99 and adds the iPhone app and up to five members, with no charge per seat. Both are founding prices, locked for life for the first 500 workspaces.

If you do not invoice from your hours, or you want a free timer for up to three people, Toggl Track is the better fit.

Fourteen days on us. Then a dollar.

Every workspace starts on a full Pro trial, no card. If it isn’t for you, nothing was charged.
