Kairos

Try it

A workspace to poke at. No sign-up.

Open a guest workspace with sample clients and a week of tracked time. Run the timer, build an invoice, see whether Kairos is for you. It lasts a day; sign in if you want to keep it.

No card, no email. Or sign in with Google for the real thing, free for 14 days.

Two clients, three projects

Northwind Traders and Acme Design Co., each with a rate per hour, so every minute you track is already priced.

A week of unbilled time

Seven entries from the past few days sit in the ledger. Start the timer for one more, or add one by hand.

An invoice you can build

Tick the entries, draft the invoice, download the PDF. It stays a draft: nothing is sent to anyone.

What a guest workspace can’t do

  • It expires 24 hours after you open it. Everything in it is deleted then.
  • It can’t email an invoice, connect Stripe or Google Calendar, invite anyone, or make an API token. Those need an account.
  • Sign in with Google at any point and the workspace — clients, entries, draft invoice — becomes yours.
